2010 Brisbane Ultimate Mixed League  Season 1
Tenille Ashdown - Strong D and tough to get around, great all round play

Carl Behrendorff - Passionate and skillful make up Carl's ultimate game, it’s all or nothing and suffers from white line fever. Trust Carl to make the long scoring pass

David Benfer - Long Dave is what we call this guy, Tall and loves going up long for the score in the end zone

Christopher Brown - Sneaky Chris loves to receive the swing and is blistering on the pass with a great forehand

Vanessa Brown - 1st year Hero but seems to be eager to learn...Has recently found a killer forehand, maybe its a Brown thing

Meagan Bulley - Majestic Meg's loves to handle and is always ready to call the plays on the line

Tom Daley - TomSteve when he turns up on time is an organized ulti player with years of experience... Very Valuable Hero

Alana folkes - Hans has a smart Frisbee brain, always in the right spot for a pass, she has shown massive improvement over the last few years

Laura Hampel - MVP 2009, and won't let us forget it. She is fantastic over head and pulls off the most spectacular catches in the pressure moments, always keen to get a D on unsuspecting women too.

Sean Mailander - Spiritual leader of the Heroes (and officially 2010 afda captain as per website) His flowing hair may lead you to think he has a girly throw, but don't be fooled, Sean is lighting fast with the skills to match - you've been warned...

Stephanie Moroz - Canadian player, but we dont hold that against her, Steph is a hard player with all the skills. Excellent awareness on the field and superb backhands and flicks. In this league men watch out, Steph will show you up without raising a sweat - prepare to get embarrassed by her.

'Silent' George Salisbury - This guy is quiet, I mean you won't even hear him burning you on a cut or getting beside you to D what you thought was an easy catch. 'Aggressive' George (formally silent) is a long standing member of Heroes with multiple representation of the club (BUML, BPL) and is easily one of the best of the team. This guy is a gun.

Laura Sonter - The second Laura of the team but most definitely holds her own on the field, after a strong first few seasons for A/O we're expecting BIG things from this girl in '10

Daniel Strelan - On field leader and most dedicated of the Heroes. Dan's efforts to improve himself and the team must be credited to him and many players over the years have learnt from this 'ultimate' rock of the Heroes (foundation member?)

Michael Strelan - Mikey lets his disc do the talking, always putting in the biggest effort on the field and never afraid to layout and put in 110% For mine Mikey is always up there on the best and fairest year in year out

Luke Stark - Luke is probably the keenest of all the Heroes and NEVER EVER stops running - hard. Starky is the classically spirited ultimate player who lets nothing stay on the line.
