Sweat

It's Thursday afternoon and I just got home from a moderate distance but hard intensity ride with a fixie rider. It wore me out. Pipe down, Carl.. I have all the ingredients for a good home made electrolyte recovery drink - Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium, Glucose....... water.................. snake charmer..

I think my unwashed shirt from Monday combined with the new body odour will do the trick
