Training

H.U.C Training will be on this Sunday afternoon at Oakman Park, Toowong. Get there at 3:15, a drill or two at 3:30, and a pick-up game from 4-5. I hope the weather is considerate of our frisbee needs.

  1. I recommend throwing sets of 10 with a partner.. 10 backhands each, forehands, hammers, inside out backhands, IO forehands, outside in backhands. OI forehands..

    This is an old method that helps you to focus on your throws, and catching as well (maybe you start again if you drop it, you can work it out).

    A simple method to help engage the mind. Start throwing with purpose when you arrive.
